Roni Gilboa Maguire is an organisational psychologist and wellbeing practitioner who integrates evidence-based psychology, breathwork, and somatic coaching to support resilient individuals and healthy workplace cultures. She specialises in helping people and teams navigate stress, strengthen communication, and create environments where wellbeing fuels sustainable performance.

Roni has worked with global technology multinationals, including Google and TikTok, where she led high-impact programmes across culture, leadership, and organisational transformation. Her expertise spans employee engagement, wellbeing strategy, leadership development, and talent management, and she is known for blending deep psychological insight with practical, results-driven solutions.

She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University and is a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).

Lynn Hilary is a singer, poet, and songwriter who has toured internationally as a soloist with world-renowned productions such as Riverdance and Celtic Woman. She is also a certified breathworker and music therapist, working with individuals and groups to unlock creativity, presence, and authentic expression. She created the “Sound Journey,” an immersive, collaborative experience that guides groups to co-create a powerful shared experience using voice and instruments.

Together, Roni and Lynn combine somatic practices, breathwork, and voice activation to design engaging, inclusive experiences for corporate teams. Their work fosters connection, creativity, and wellbeing, making it particularly well suited to team-building sessions, leadership retreats, offsites, and experiential workshops.
