Birth in Flow – Full Journey
For parents seeking continuous, hands-on support through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
Feel deeply supported throughout your journey with four personalised antenatal sessions preparing your body, mind and spirit for birth. Together we explore breathwork, movement, positioning, comfort measures, partner support and informed decision-making, so you feel prepared for however your birth unfolds.
From 38 weeks, I am on call and in regular contact as birth approaches. During labour and birth, I provide continuous physical and emotional support for you and your partner, helping you stay grounded, comfortable and confident.
After your baby arrives, two postnatal home visits offer support with feeding, newborn care, recovery, rest and adjusting to life as a new family.

Birth in Flow – Premium Preparation
For parents who want to feel informed, prepared and empowered to navigate their birth with confidence.
Designed particularly for parents planning a hospital birth under private or semi-private care, this package gives you the knowledge, practical tools and personalised preparation to approach birth with confidence.
Across four antenatal sessions, we explore labour, informed decision-making and different birth pathways alongside practical techniques including breathwork, movement, positioning, visualisation and active birth practices.
As birth approaches, you’ll have ongoing support from 38 weeks, followed by a dedicated birth kick-off call or visit to help you navigate early labour and feel confident about when to make your way to hospital.
Afterwards, one postnatal home visit gives you space to reflect on your birth and receive support as you settle into life with your baby.

Birth in Flow – Birth Again
For mothers who have given birth before and want personalised support for their next birth journey.
This package is designed for mothers who already have experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, but want to feel supported and prepared as they welcome another baby.
Through two personalised antenatal sessions, we focus on what matters most for this birth — reflecting on your previous experience, exploring your wishes and preferences, and refreshing the breathwork, movement, positioning and comfort techniques that can support you through labour. We’ll also consider the practical and emotional experience of preparing for birth while caring for another child, including how you and your partner can prepare for the transition as a growing family.
From 38 weeks, I am on call for you, with daily check-ins as birth approaches. During labour and birth, I provide continuous, calm support — helping you and your partner stay grounded through breath, movement, reassurance and hands-on comfort, at home and/or in hospital.
After your baby arrives, one in-home postnatal session provides space to reflect on your birth, support feeding and recovery, and help you find your rhythm as your family adjusts to life with a new baby.
